• Appointments: Booking an appointment is a commitment. Changes or cancellations can be made free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.

• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or no-shows, may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the session price.

• Liability: Osteopathic treatment is not a substitute for emergency medical advice. Patients must provide accurate and up-to-date health information.

• Privacy: Your personal information is handled securely and used exclusively for appointment scheduling and clinical follow-up.
