📄 Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Appointment Cancellation
Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance at no cost. For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, the clinic reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee or withhold the deposit (except in cases of emergency).
2. Treatment Packages
Treatment packages are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. In the event of a refund request for a partially used package, the sessions already completed will be charged at the full individual rate, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
3. Healthcare Services
Due to the nature of healthcare and manual therapy services, sessions that have already been conducted are not eligible for a refund.
